I notice that you have server uptime stat in the front page, it is an image file, is that a static one?? Which service you are using?? thanks

100% uptime is since you launch or is daily/monthly?

the alertra report was for a week, but we have not exprienced any downtime recently outside of scheduled outages which lasts for not more than a few minutes. We do make an effort to inform our clients when we have a need to do so. You may check our Announcements page for details about such issues.
